Core story

GN Care Services Ltd was born out of a desire to empower and enable adults with mild to complex care needs to remain independent and to maintain choice and control over their own lives. .

All too often, the person at the heart of caregiving comes second to their healthcare needs. GN Care Services Ltd sees the person beyond the medical condition. Our personalised approach places the client at the forefront, tailoring care to their specific needs and wishes. We are a small, family-run agency which enables us to provide flexible, person-centred care at every turn.

We provide domiciliary care services, from the occasional hour or regular daily visits, to respite care and live-in care. We work with clients with a range of health needs, including the elderly, those with learning disabilities, mental health needs and physical disabilities.

Whether it’s our friendly and caring team of support workers, or the administrative team working behind the scenes, all staff possess significant practical experience of the care industry and are committed to delivering the standards of care we would expect for our own loved ones.

Our ability to tailor our care provision according to the individual’s needs, alongside our continuity of care, and our 24/7 support make us a first choice for home care needs.

Core Values

Dignity, respect and compassion Our ability to tailor our care provision according to the individual’s needs, alongside our continuity of care, and our 24/7 support make us a first choice for home care needs.

Culture of family and belonging our close-knit team is warm, friendly and approachable, and always on hand to answer questions or offer support. We treat your loved ones the way we would want our own to be treated. No request is too much to ask.

Personalised no one individual is the same. Care is personalised to the individual’s specific needs and, more importantly, their preferences. We encourage clients to shape their care according to what matters to them

Empowerment just because a person needs care does not mean they should lose the autonomy to make choices. GN Care Services Ltd encourages clients to retain control over their own health and well-being, and to exercise choice and control over the care that they receive.
